WASTE SORTING

Please note that it is prohibited to use the white bag, which is specifically reserved for the collection of residual waste for citizens who do not have commercial contracts. 
 

The same applies to the use of other colours of bags. For the collection of waste in bags, the use of bags other than the commercial / pro bags provided for this purpose is prohibited. Please only use:

• The blue pro bag for PMD waste;
• The yellow pro bag for Paper and cardboard waste;
• The green pro bag for Green or garden waste;
• The orange pro bag for Food or kitchen waste.

To order commercial / pro bags: Please contact our sales team via pro@arp-gan.be, making sure to provide us with the following information:

• Types of bags desired;
• Desired quantity;
• Contract, customer or VAT number;
• Your company’s name;
• Delivery address;
• Telephone number;
• Your opening hours.

Systematic checks will be carried out to detect non-compliance.

Please note that if your waste is not correctly sorted, your bags/containers will be considered non-compliant. In this case, our collection teams will not collect them.
 

We encourage you to download our sorting memo and to place it where it can easily be seen (fridge door ...).
